When making a reservation in advance and requiring an early check-in from 02:00 to 14:00, the guest will be charged an additional 50% of the room rate for the day of check-in; for an early check-in from 00:00 to 02:00, the guest will be charged 100% of the previous night's stay in the selected room category at the hotel rate, in accordance with paragraph 27 of the Government of the Russian Federation's Decree No. 1853 dated November 18, 2020, "On the Approval of the Rules for Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation." What documents are required for check-in at the resort?

Guests must present a Russian passport upon arrival. For children under 14 years of age, a birth certificate is required.

Required documents:

  • A spa treatment card (sanatorium-resort card) in the prescribed format, issued no more than 2 months before arrival (it can also be arranged at the resort for an additional fee);
  • A certificate of epidemiological clearance;
