The popularity of spa treatments is steadily growing, and this is not surprising. A course of wellness treatments at a spa can help resolve a variety of health issues, as well as provide a wonderful rest. Spa are typically located in beautiful, ecologically clean areas, within national parks and protected natural areas, which are ideal for a complete rest and recovery.
A trip to a spa, like any other trip, requires careful preparation, an essential part of which is collecting the necessary documents.
To check into a spa facility, you need the following documents:

Individual Insurance Account Number (SNILS).
* In order to implement the national project "Healthcare", and pursuant to RF Government Resolution No. 140 of February 9, 2022, "On the Unified State Information System in the Sphere of Healthcare," starting from December 19, 2024, all booking requests must include the guests' SNILS number.
- Sanatorium-resort card (certificate in the form 072/u) of the established form, issued not longer than two months ago, if treatment is planned (not required for the Wellness Program).
- For citizens of the Russian Federation - internal passport or other identification document (international passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, seaman's identity card, military identity card, foreign citizen's passport);
- For foreign citizens - international passport, visa and migration card, other documents, in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- If available - Voucher (referral or power of attorney from the organization to receive the voucher).
If you are traveling with a child, you will also need:
- Sanatorium-resort card (certificate in form 076/u) of the established form, no more than two months old (if you are planning to treat a child).
- Birth certificate (passport for persons over 14 years old).
- A dermatologist's report on the absence of contagious skin diseases.
Children under 4 years are not provided with spa treatment, but for accommodation with parents and children staying on the sanatorium grounds require all the above-mentioned documents, with the exception of the spa card.
Before traveling, you must consult with your doctor, who will prescribe a series of examinations to obtain a spa card. Remember: the more complete information about your health you provide, the more effective your spa treatment will be.

What you need to know about staying at a sanatorium
- When Upon check-in, guests are required to present identification documents, fill out a guest form, and receive a key card.
- Information about services and fire safety regulations is posted in the guest book located in each m room.
- Check-out time at the sanatorium is 12:00 PM, check-in time is from 2:00 PM.
- Non-residents are permitted to stay on the premises until 8:00 PM.
- All medical procedures are prescribed exclusively by the sanatorium's attending physician.
Attention! Important! Check-in of persons under 18 years of age, in the absence of legal representatives *, is carried out subject to the provision by the accompanying person(s) of written consent from the legal representatives (one of them).
* Parents (adoptive parents, guardians).
