All year round, the resort serves fresh fruits and vegetables, vitamin-rich juices, and a rotating selection of meat, vegetable, fish, grain, and sweet dishes. Organically sourced ingredients from regional suppliers are used in the preparation of our meals.
Meals at the resort are based on the "Order-Menu" system:
- A diet developed by qualified nutritionists will enrich the body with all essential macro- and micronutrients.
- Only fresh and organically sourced ingredients are used in the preparation of our dietary meals.
The customized meal plan takes into account each guest's individual taste preferences. With this system, it's easy to adhere to the recommended diet, eliminate contraindicated foods, and strictly monitor your daily calorie intake and structure.
Meals at the sanatorium are served three times a day for adults and four times a day for children. The meal plan is designed for 14 days and includes traditional dishes from various regions of the Caucasus.
During preparation, dishes are intentionally omitted from the addition of salt and spices and served with minimal dressing and sauce. Our chefs simply enhance the flavor of the dish, while guests add salt, dressing, and spices to their taste.
The AZIMUT Health Dolina Narzanov Essentuki sanatorium offers three menus:
- The main resort menu is carefully selected and balanced, with a variety of salads, soups, and appetizers.
- A children's menu with delicious and healthy desserts.
- The "Detox" Menu features dishes designed to completely replace high-calorie foods with their low-calorie counterparts. Portions are slightly reduced to ensure the required calorie intake.
