The popularity of spa treatment is steadily growing, and this is not surprising. A course of health procedures in a sanatorium allows you to solve many health problems, as well as have a wonderful rest. Health resorts are usually located in beautiful, ecologically clean places, on the territory of national parks and protected natural areas, which are ideal for a good rest and health restoration.
A trip to a sanatorium, like any trip, requires careful preliminary preparation, an essential part of which is the collection of the necessary documents.
In 2025, the following set of documents is required to check into a health resort:
- sanatorium and resort card of the established sample, no more than two months old before the start date of treatment (form 072/u);
- SNILS;
- passport or other identity document (seaman's identity card, military identity card, passport of a foreign citizen);
- voucher (referral or power of attorney from the organization to receive vouchers);
- compulsory medical insurance policy;
- for pregnant women, an exchange card is required.
If you are traveling with a child, you will also need:
- sanatorium-resort card of the established form issued no more than two months before the start date of treatment (form 076/u);
- SNILS;
- birth certificate (passport for persons over 14 years old);
- compulsory medical insurance policy;
- enterobiasis test (not more than 10 days old);
- dermatologist's conclusion on the absence of contagious skin diseases;
- certificate from a local pediatrician or epidemiologist on place of residence on the absence of contact of the child with infectious patients at the place of residence, in kindergarten or school over the past 21 days (the contact certificate is valid for 3 days from the date of issue).
Children under 4 years are not provided with spa treatment, but for living with parents and being on the territory of the sanatorium, all the above documents are required, with the exception of the spa card.
Before the trip, you must consult with your doctor, who will prescribe a set of examinations to obtain a spa card. Remember: the more complete information about your health condition you provide, the higher the effectiveness of spa treatment will be.
