Moscow hosted the awards ceremony for the winners of the 23rd Annual CRE Moscow Awards 2026, widely regarded as one of the most prestigious awards in the commercial real estate sector. Two new properties from the AZIMUT Hotels chain, which opened in 2025 in Moscow and the Moscow Region, received recognition from industry experts.
The CRE Awards are an annual professional award and one of the most important and prestigious events in Russia’s commercial real estate industry. The award jury, comprising leading market experts and industry professionals, highly praised the concept, quality of execution, and economic efficiency of AZIMUT Hotels’ properties.
AZIMUT Hotel Orekhovo-Zuyevo 4* was named the winner in the “Hotel Real Estate Redevelopment” category. The “Golden Brick” award was presented to the hotel, located in a historic late-19th-century building that once housed the Nikolskaya Manufactory of Savva Morozov. The four-star, 40-room hotel is the first branded hotel project in the city. As part of the redevelopment, the historic architectural ensemble was carefully restored and adapted for modern use.
The rooms feature a loft-style design that harmoniously combines contemporary comfort with the building’s industrial heritage. The historic property also houses a food hall, coworking space, and the Morozov Hall event venue. Hotel guests can enjoy picturesque views of the landscaped Klyazma River embankment.
AZIMUT Hotel Skolkovo 3* was named a laureate in the “Hotels” category. It is the first hotel located within the Skolkovo Innovation Center and comprises three buildings with a total of 224 rooms. The hotel has become an important part of the center’s infrastructure, catering to guests attending technology, scientific and business events, as well as faculty and students and visitors to companies operating within the innovation center.
