The program is recommended for patients who have experienced severe respiratory and pulmonary manifestations of coronavirus infection, regardless of whether the illness was treated at home or in a hospital.
Spa and sanatorium treatment is necessary if post-COVID or post-infectious pneumonia effects are present or worsening.

The list of procedures is individually tailored for each patient based on the sanatorium-resort card, taking into account indications, contraindications, and the compatibility of treatment methods. Up to 5 therapeutic procedures per day may be prescribed.
Contraindications
General contraindications to sanatorium-resort treatment apply (in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation “On Approval of the Lists of Medical Indications and Contraindications for Sanatorium Treatment” dated 28.09.2020 No. 1029n).
Notes
The first day of the stay includes a consultation with the attending physician and approval of the treatment plan within the selected program. With the consent and recommendation of the attending physician, guests may purchase additional medical services not included in the “Light Breathing” program, provided there are no contraindications.
