- tuberculosis of any localization in the active stage (for non-tuberculosis health resort organizations)
- neoplasms of an unspecified nature (in the absence of written confirmation in the patient's medical documentation about that the patient (legal representative of the patient) has been warned of possible risks associated with complications of the disease in connection with spa treatment)
- malignant neoplasms requiring antitumor treatment, including chemotherapy
- epilepsy with current seizures, including resistant to treatment
- epilepsy with remission of less than 6 months (for spa organizations not of a psychoneurological profile)
- mental disorders and behavioral disorders in a state of exacerbation or unstable remission, including those posing a danger to the patient and others

Notes
The first day of stay at the sanatorium includes an appointment with the attending physician, approval of a set of procedures within the framework of the stay program.
The main part of the treatment program, including diagnostic research methods, begins on the second day of stay.
The guest, with the consent and by appointment of the attending physician, can purchase any medical services not included in the list of the program, provided there are no contraindications.
