First of all, the main healing resource of the balneological resort "Matsesta" is the unique natural hydrogen sulphide waters. The Matsesta waters are among the most scarce types of mineral waters, the medicinal value of which is based on the unique simultaneous presence of iodine, bromine, fluorine, colloidal sulfur and free hydrogen sulfide in therapeutically significant quantities.

Along with the Matsesta hydrogen sulfide water, the highly effective natural iodine-bromine water of the Kudepsta deposit is widely used in the medical practice of the balneological resort. The "Arena" building of the "Mys Vidny" sanatorium is located in close proximity to the balneological resort, which makes it as convenient as possible for guests of the building to receive procedures. Every day, a special, comfortable bus takes guests of the "Arena" building to the "Matsesta" balneological clinic to undergo procedures. Travel time is no more than 15 minutes. After the procedures, the guests return to the Arena building by the same bus.
