The treatment program is prescribed by the attending physician individually for each patient, taking into account the existing indications and contraindications, as well as the compatibility of methods.

- diseases in the acute and subacute stages, including acute infectious diseases before the end of the isolation period
- sexually transmitted diseases
- chronic diseases in the acute stage
- carriage of infectious diseases
- infectious diseases
- infectious diseases of the eyes and skin
- parasitic diseases
- diseases accompanied by persistent pain syndrome, requiring constant use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances included in Lists I and II of the List of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors
- tuberculosis of any localization in the active stages (for non-tuberculosis health resort organizations)
- unspecified neoplasms (in the absence of written confirmation in the patient's medical records that the patient (legal representative of the patient) has been warned of possible risks associated with complications of the disease in connection with health resort treatment)
- malignant neoplasms requiring antitumor treatment, including chemotherapy
- epilepsy with current seizures, including those resistant to treatment
- epilepsy with remission of less than 6 months (for health resort organizations not of a psychoneurological profile)
- mental disorders and behavioral disorders in a state of exacerbation or unstable remission, including those posing a danger to the patient and others
- mental disorders and behavioral disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances substances

Notes
The recommended course of treatment is 10 days. Procedures are given every other day. For 14 days of stay, 6 procedures are prescribed, but no more than 6 procedures per day. The number and frequency of procedures can be changed by the attending physician, taking into account individual tolerance or in the presence of contraindications. Hydrogen sulfide baths are excluded from this program.
