The treatment program consists of a wellness block of therapeutic procedures tailored to the child's physical parameters, including hardware physiotherapy.

The pediatrician will select an individual treatment program during the initial consultation, taking into account the primary diagnosis in the sanatorium-resort card, as well as indications, contraindications, compatibility of methods, and comorbidities.

Contraindications

  • Diseases in the acute and subacute stages, including acute infectious diseases until the end of the isolation period.
  • Sexually transmitted diseases.
  • Chronic diseases in the acute stage.
  • Bacterial transmission of infectious diseases.
  • Infectious diseases of the eyes and skin.
  • Parasitic diseases.
  • Diseases accompanied by persistent pain syndrome requiring constant intake of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances included in lists I and II of the List of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors.
  • Tuberculosis of any localization in the active stage (for sanatorium-resort organizations with a non-tuberculosis profile).
  • Neoplasms of an unspecified nature (in the absence of written confirmation in the patient's medical documentation that the patient (the patient's legal representative) has been warned about the possible risks associated with complications of the disease in connection with sanatorium treatment).
  • Malignant neoplasms requiring antitumor treatment, including chemotherapy.
  • Epilepsy with ongoing seizures, including treatment-resistant epilepsy.
  • Epilepsy in remission for less than 6 months (for sanatorium-resort organizations with a non-neuropsychiatric profile).
  • Mental disorders and behavioral disorders in a state of exacerbation or unstable remission, including those that pose a danger to the patient and others.
  • Mental disorders and behavioral disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances. Cachexia of any origin. Incurable progressive diseases and conditions requiring palliative care.

Notes

The first day of your stay at the sanatorium includes a consultation with the attending physician and the approval of your treatment plan within the program. The main part of the treatment program, including diagnostic procedures, begins on the second day of your stay.

With the consent and recommendation of the attending physician, the guest may purchase any medical services not included in the "Healthy Child" program, provided there are no contraindications or conditions requiring palliative care.
