The «Aquarelle» pa program lasts approximately 60 minutes and is performed in three stages:

  • Gentle warming and relaxation: Soft stroking with warm towels along the back muscle framework helps relax the muscles and prepare the treatment area.
  • Aromatherapy application: Essential oils (such as citrus, lavender, sandalwood, etc.) are applied to the warmed area using a special soft-bristled brush. The gentle contact and warmth provide a calming neuro-sedative effect and promote deeper muscle relaxation.
  • Manual massage therapy: The therapist performs a hands-on massage that has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, helps combat insomnia and stress, supports metabolic balance, and improves blood circulation in tissues and organs.
