Meals at the sanatorium are based on a seasonal menu system, offering the most healthy products at this time of year. In all cases, the menu is developed according to the nomenclature of diets approved by the Institute of Nutrition. In our dietary restaurants, every vacationer can find a dish to his liking in accordance with the diet recommended by the doctor.
Sanatorium AZIMUT Health Dolina Narzanov Kislovodsk offers guests the following types of food:
- Buffet system (restaurant "Resort" building 3, restaurant building 7).
- VIP meals, also built on the system of a seasonal two-week custom menu with all dishes and snacks served “at the table”, with individual service (building 5).
We make sure to take into account the individual preferences of our guests:
- commitment to vegetarianism;
- peculiarities of religious worldviews;
- presence of allergies or individual intolerance to any products;
- diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in the stage of exacerbation or remission, chronic pancreatitis, post-gastroresection syndrome, diabetes.
If necessary, a nutritionist makes adjustments to the guests’ diet, we take an individual approach to prescribing dietary meals.
Therapeutic diets used in the sanatorium are physiologically complete, that is, they contain the necessary standards of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Among the various nutritional factors in sanatorium practice, providing the diet with vitamins is of particular interest. At AZIMUT Health Dolina Narzanov Kislovodsk this is achieved by introducing vitamin tables from vegetables, fruits, rose hip decoction, and oat drink into the diet. Gentle methods of heat treatment of products allow maximum preservation of their nutritional qualities.
Bar “Resort Romance”. It was named so for a reason. The romantic atmosphere and daily entertaining evenings are conducive to making new acquaintances.
In the summer season, the bar is especially active, because... is located in close proximity to the water park. The famous Pyatigorsk ice cream and soft drinks are especially popular among vacationers.
Bar opening hours: from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The bar menu also includes light snacks, chocolates and soft drinks. The bar is not intended for a full meal, but there is always something to treat yourself to.
Restaurant "Resort", unlike the bar, is replete with buffet dishes, where each vacationer can choose a dish according to his taste, mood and, most importantly, doctor’s recommendation .
