Contraindications

  • diseases in the acute and subacute stages, including acute infectious diseases until the end of the isolation period
  • sexually transmitted diseases
  • chronic diseases in the acute stage
  • carrier state of infectious diseases
  • contagious eye and skin diseases
  • parasitic diseases
  • diseases accompanied by persistent pain syndrome requiring continuous use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances included in Lists I and II of the Register of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, and Their Precursors
  • tuberculosis of any localization in the active stage (for non-tuberculosis health resort organizations)
  • neoplasms of unspecified nature (in the absence of written confirmation in the patient’s medical records stating that the patient or the patient’s legal representative has been informed about possible risks associated with complications due to sanatorium treatment)
  • malignant neoplasms requiring antitumor treatment, including chemotherapy
  • epilepsy with ongoing seizures, including treatment-resistant epilepsy
  • epilepsy with remission lasting less than 6 months (for non-psychoneurological health resort organizations)
  • mental and behavioral disorders in the stage of exacerbation or unstable remission, including conditions posing danger to the patient and others
  • mental and behavioral disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances
  • cachexia of any origin
  • incurable progressive diseases and conditions requiring palliative medical care

Notes
The first day of stay at the sanatorium includes a consultation with the attending physician and approval of the set of procedures within the treatment program.

The main part of the treatment program, including diagnostic examinations, begins on the second day of stay.

With the consent and prescription of the attending physician, the guest may purchase any medical services not included in the “Classic Sanatorium Treatment for Women” program, provided there are no contraindications.

The treatment program is prescribed by the attending physician after examination and medical history assessment for each patient individually, taking into account the primary diagnosis specified in the health resort card, as well as indications, contraindications, compatibility of treatment methods, and accompanying diseases.
