Medical part: four procedures per day

Each day, you undergo four procedures that are selected individually after a consultation with a doctor on the first day of your stay.

The program may include:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Inhalation therapy
  • Massage, therapeutic exercise (LFK), and other wellness treatments

Please note: for stays shorter than seven days, the type and number of procedures are determined by the doctor based on your health condition and the appropriateness of the treatment course.

  • Accommodation: rooms from “Standard” to “Apartments” categories
  • Meals: three meals a day, pre-order system
  • Guaranteed set of medical procedures
  • Leisure facilities: swimming pool, gym, cinema room, karaoke, dance and themed evenings

Additional paid services: infrared sauna, cedar barrel bath, cosmetology treatments.

Contraindications

This program is not recommended in cases of acute infectious diseases, oncology, pregnancy (for climatic resorts — from the 26th week), and other medical restrictions. A full list of contraindications should be clarified with a physician.

Note

The first day of stay at the sanatorium includes a consultation with the attending physician, approval of the treatment plan within the program, selection of additional paid medical services, and access to the sanatorium gym. The main part of the treatment program, including diagnostic procedures, begins on the second day of the stay.
