You will know in advance where you will be staying, which type of program you have chosen, and what you need to prepare before arrival.

Choose the right program for your needs

Dolina Narzanov Nalchik offers three programs:

  • Wellness Program — for guests who want to relax without specialized medical treatment or a mandatory doctor’s appointment;
  • Classic Sanatorium Program — a basic course of treatments prescribed after a consultation with a doctor;
  • Program for Diseases of the Musculoskeletal System and Connective Tissue — a specialized program for guests with musculoskeletal conditions.

The doctor prescribes procedures based on the selected program, the guest’s health condition, indications, and contraindications.

In Addition to Your Treatment Program

Your treatment program does not take up the entire day. After your scheduled procedures, there is time for walks around the 3.7-hectare grounds, evening activities, and excursions around Kabardino-Balkaria.

During one stay, you can combine a course of treatment with relaxation and the opportunity to explore Nalchik and the surrounding area.
