You can leave your special requests, which are free of charge. All room at the resort overlook the sanatorium's park area, except for Building 5.
You can book your stay at the sanatorium in several ways: by phone, email, at the front desk, on the official website, as well as through third-party agencies and online booking platforms.
Please note that when booking through third-party organizations and online platforms, you will not be able to earn points or nights for your stay under the AZIMUT Bonus program*.
You can find information about your reservation in the confirmation sent to the email address you provided when booking, or in your personal account created on our website.
For non-guaranteed check-in (i.e., without advance payment), the reservation will be canceled after 3 banking days. To guarantee the reservation, a minimum payment of 30% of the cost of the spa vacation is required, which corresponds to the conditions specified in the invoice.
You can cancel reservation in your personal account on the website, if you meet the cancellation deadline for the rate you have selected. For additional questions, you can contact the resort directly by phone +7 (8332) 255-834, or write to booking-sb@rzdz.ru.
Bed sizes in the rooms: 90 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm.
There is an ironing room on every floor, equipped with an ironing board and an iron. In Building No. 5, an iron can be brought to your room upon request.
Balconies are available in the rooms of Building No. 5.
All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, except for the rooms in building No. 5.
Public transport runs from Kirov Airport to the bus station. There, you should transfer to bus No. 112 and travel to the "Sosnovy Bor" stop. You can also use a taxi or order a transfer through the sanatorium by calling: +7 (922) 668 18 32, +7 (8332) 25 58 34.

Early check-in is available if there are free rooms. With prior booking and the need for early check-in (from 02:00 to 14:00), the guest pays an additional 50% of the room rate for the day of check-in according to the hotel tariff; for early check-in from 00:00 to 02:00, the guest pays 100% of the cost for the previous night’s stay in the chosen room category according to the hotel tariff, as per clause 27 of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020, No. 1853 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation." For participants of the AZIMUT Bonus program, early check-in may be provided free of charge from 9:00 if there are available rooms.
The possibility of late check-out is clarified on the day of departure. For extending the stay from 12:00 to 00:00 on the same day, a fee of 50% of the daily room rate according to the hotel tariff will be charged. If a guest plans to stay in the room after 00:00, a charge of 100% of the daily cost of accommodation will apply. For participants of the AZIMUT Bonus program, late check-out until 16:00 is provided free of charge if there are available rooms.
For accommodation at the sanatorium, guests must present a Russian passport. For children under 14 years old, birth certificates are required.
The following documents must also be provided:
- A sanatorium-resort card of the established form, obtained no earlier than 2 months before arrival (paid registration is possible at the sanatorium),
- An epidemiological certificate.
For children aged 4 and older:
- A sanatorium-resort card (form 076/u),
- An enterobiasis test (obtained no earlier than 10 days before arrival),
- A dermatologist's conclusion confirming the absence of infectious skin diseases.
Sanatorium-resort treatment is not provided for children under 4 years old, but all documents must be presented for accommodation, except for the sanatorium-resort card. Check-in for individuals under 18 years old without legal representatives is allowed only if written consent from one of the legal representatives is provided by the accompanying person.
The sanatorium provides four daily meals tailored to your dietary needs. A nutritionist will recommend dishes that enhance the healing effect, and guests can choose from either an à la carte or a dietary menu. Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 09:30.
The sanatorium does not have restaurants, but there is a cozy little cafe where you can grab a cup of coffee or a snack. Additionally, we are located just 5 km from the resort village of Nizhne-Ivkino, which features the Versal Cafe with a wide variety of dishes.
There is no excursion bureau at the sanatorium. Individual transfers can be ordered through the administrator or by calling +7 (8332) 25 58 34.

Children under 4 stay free of charge with a complimentary crib. The rate for a health resort package for children over 4 depends on the room category and whether they use a main or extra bed. Extra beds include a fold-out armchair, a rollaway bed, or a sofa. In a Two-Room Comfort Double, the extra bed is a double sofa. Please let us know when booking if you require any additional beds.
Payment can be made in cash or by bank card.
Confirmation of successful payment is a receipt sent via email after booking, along with a confirmation from the resort. If a duplicate receipt is needed, the guest can notify the receptionist.
The resort operates on a guaranteed reservation basis, with a minimum 30% deposit. The remaining amount is paid directly at the reception desk.

Children and their parents are welcome at the sanatorium from age 0, and health resort stays are available from age 4. Prices are available on the website.

These privileges are available only to the AZIMUT Bonus program member whose name is registered on the website and whose bonus account is registered. Maintaining your loyalty program status depends on how frequently you visit AZIMUT hotels and how many points and/or nights you have accumulated.
The loyalty program has four statuses, which are awarded based on the number of points and nights you have accumulated. You are initially assigned Bonus status. Your status changes once you meet the status requirements below:
Silver Status: from 70,000 points and/or 10 nights,
Gold Status: from 150,000 points and/or 30 nights,
Platinum Status: from 300,000 points and/or 50 nights.
If, within 12 months of being assigned a Silver, Gold, or Platinum status, once you confirm your status by accumulating the required number of points or nights (for example, for Gold status, it's 150,000 points or 30 nights), you retain your current status for another 12 months. Therefore, when your status expires, your new status is calculated based on the number of points and nights accrued to your account over the 12 months since you were assigned the status.

You don't need to present your card to receive the discount. You can book your stay at special rates for loyalty program members only on our official website.
Platinum loyalty program members can receive a 20% discount at bars and restaurants on the hotel premises by closing the account on a room number, providing their AZIMUT Bonus membership number in advance.
