At the Sanatorium Sosnovy Bor, guests can enjoy two indoor pools:
- An adult pool – 25 meters long, filled with mineral water, with a water temperature of 29 degrees Celsius, and a depth ranging from 120 to 170 cm.
- A children's pool with fresh water, with a water temperature of 30–32 degrees Celsius, and a depth ranging from 70 to 120 cm.
Guests can visit the pool daily, except on maintenance days.
Non-resident guests can also access the pool daily from 18:00 to 19:00, and on weekends from 13:00 to 14:00. The cost for a single visit is:
- 550 rubles for adults;
- 450 rubles for children under 14 years old.
A pool pass for 8 visits costs:
- 4,000 rubles for adults;
- 3,200 rubles for children under 14 years old.

We also invite you to our dry-air sauna, designed for up to 5 people. Visiting the sauna helps restore strength and has a beneficial effect on the body:
