The Sanatorium Buran invites all guests to the swimming pool. We have created all the conditions for comfortable relaxation and wellness. The pool measures 20 by 8 meters, with a depth of 1.2 to 2.0 meters. The optimal water temperature (29–30°C) is maintained using computer diagnostics. For the comfort of our guests, the pool is equipped with underfloor heating throughout.
The pool is equipped with facilities for relaxation and enhancing the effectiveness of workouts:
- Hydromassage "Cascade": For deep relaxation of the muscles in the head, neck, and shoulder girdle, it alleviates tension after intense physical exertion, improves overall well-being, helps relieve stress, and enhances blood circulation.
- Full-body hydromassage with underwater jets: This allows for effective massaging of various body areas simultaneously, providing deep muscle relaxation and stimulating metabolism.
- Counterflow: A stream of water mixed with air that allows you to swim against the current, significantly increasing workout intensity, improving stroke technique, and developing endurance.
To visit the pool, you must bring:
- A swimming cap (rubber or fabric). The use of shower caps made of cellophane or other materials is not allowed.
- Change of footwear.
- Swimwear.
- Towel.
- A doctor's clearance, which can be obtained at the sanatorium for an additional fee.
