Is it possible to book a room on a specific floor with a park view, and how much does it cost?
You can leave your requests during booking, and it requires no additional payment. The windows of all rooms (except for the Standard Double 501 and 506) overlook the sanatorium's park area.
How to book a holiday at a sanatorium?
You can book your stay at the resort in several ways: by phone, email, at the reception desk, on the official website, as well as through third-party organizations and online platforms.
When booking through third-party organizations and online platforms, you will not be able to earn points or nights for your stay under the AZIMUT Bonus* program.
How can I check my booking request?
You can find information about your booking in the confirmation sent to the email address you provided during booking, or in your Personal Account created on our website.
Can a booking be canceled?
For non-guaranteed bookings (i.e., without prepayment), the booking will be canceled after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. To guarantee your booking, a mandatory condition is to make a 30% prepayment within 3 days from the date of the invoice. If the prepayment is not made within this period, the booking will be canceled.
How can I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel your booking yourself in your personal account on the website, provided you adhere to the cancellation deadlines for the rate you selected. For additional questions, you can contact the sanatorium directly by phone, email, or through the booking confirmation sent to the email address you provided during booking.
Is it possible to live in a sanatorium without treatment?
Yes, to stay at the sanatorium without treatment, you can purchase a health voucher.
Are there dishes in the sanatorium rooms?
The rooms are provided with cups and glasses; a full set of utensils is available in the bungalows.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort free of charge.
Do the rooms have a balcony?
No. Balconies are only available in the Suite rooms in Building 5 and in the Apartments.
Do I need to pay extra for bed linen and towels?
No, everything is included in the price of the trip.

Is prepayment required when booking a room? What payment methods are available?
The resort operates on a guaranteed reservation basis, with a minimum 30% deposit. The remaining amount is paid directly at the reception desk.
What are the bed sizes?
The bed sizes are 90 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm.
How to get to the sanatorium from the train station?
From the Sergiev Posad train station, you can take bus No. 53 or a taxi.
What time can I check into the sanatorium?
Check-in is standard at 2:00 PM, and the reception desk is open 24 hours a day.

Check-in for short-term stays of up to three nights with Friday arrivals start at 5:00 PM.

Is there an option for early check-in/late check-out, and how much does it cost? What should I do if I arrive in the city late at night?
Early check-in is available if there are free rooms. With prior booking and the need for early check-in (from 02:00 to 14:00), the guest pays an additional 50% of the room rate for the day of check-in according to the hotel tariff; for early check-in from 00:00 to 02:00, the guest pays 100% of the cost for the previous night’s stay in the chosen room category according to the hotel tariff, as per clause 27 of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020, No. 1853 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation." For participants of the AZIMUT Bonus program, early check-in may be provided free of charge from 9:00 if there are available rooms.

The possibility of late check-out is clarified on the day of departure. For extending the stay from 12:00 to 00:00 on the same day, a fee of 50% of the daily room rate according to the hotel tariff will be charged. If a guest plans to stay in the room after 00:00, a charge of 100% of the daily cost of accommodation will apply. For participants of the AZIMUT Bonus program, late check-out until 16:00 is provided free of charge if there are available rooms.
Is it possible to leave my luggage somewhere on the day of check-in before arrival and until the evening on the day of departure?
The sanatorium does not have a dedicated luggage storage room, but you can leave your bags at the cloakroom in the main building.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
Yes, we welcome guests 24/7.
What documents are required for check-in at the sanatorium?
For check-in at the sanatorium, guests must present a Russian internal passport and SNILS. Birth certificates are required for children under 14.

List of required documents:

  • An officially approved sanatorium-resort card (Form 072/y), issued no earlier than 2 months prior to arrival at the sanatorium (it can also be issued at the sanatorium for an additional fee)
  • Certificate of no contact with infectious diseases
  • A sanatorium-resort card (form 076/u) for children aged 4 and older
  • an enterobiasis test result (obtained no earlier than 10 days prior to arrival at the sanatorium)
  • a dermatologist's certificate confirming the absence of contagious skin diseases 

Children under 4 years old are not provided with sanatorium-resort treatment, but all documents except the sanatorium-resort card must be presented for accommodation. The check-in of individuals under 18 years of age in the absence of legal representatives is allowed provided that the accompanying person submits the written consent of the legal representatives (or one of them).

Can I leave the sanatorium?
Yes, if you leave the sanatorium for more than a day, it is necessary to inform the administration.

Why has my status in the AZIMUT Bonus loyalty program changed?
Maintaining your status in the loyalty program depends on how often you visit AZIMUT hotels and how many points and/or nights you have accumulated.

There are four status tiers in the loyalty program, which are assigned according to the number of points and nights earned. You are initially assigned the Bonus status. Your status changes as soon as you meet the conditions for a new tier, as outlined below:

Silver Status: from 70,000 points and/or 10 nights,
Gold Status: from 150,000 points and/or 30 nights,
Platinum Status: from 300,000 points and/or 50 nights.

If, within 12 months of being assigned a Silver, Gold, or Platinum status, you confirm it by accumulating the required number of points or nights (for example, 150,000 points or 30 nights for Gold), your current status is retained for another 12 months. Therefore, when your status expires, your new status is calculated based on the points and nights credited to your account over the 12 months since the status was assigned.
