The popularity of sanatorium treatment continues to grow steadily, and this is no coincidence. A course of wellness procedures at a health resort helps address a wide range of health issues while also providing an opportunity for quality rest. Sanatoriums are typically located in beautiful, ecologically clean areas within national parks and protected natural zones, making them ideal for recovery and relaxation.
A trip to a sanatorium, like any journey, requires careful preparation, an essential part of which is collecting the necessary documents.
Required documents for admission to Chernomorye Health Resort:
- Sanatorium-resort card of the established form, valid for no more than two months (Form 072/u)
- Passport or other identity document (seafarer’s ID, military ID, foreign passport)
- Compulsory health insurance policy (if applicable)
- For pregnant guests: pregnancy exchange card is required
For children:

- Dermatologist’s certificate confirming absence of contagious skin diseases

Before traveling, it is recommended to consult your attending physician, who will prescribe the necessary examinations to obtain a sanatorium-resort card. The more complete the health information provided, the more effective the treatment will be.
